A Service Advantage Membership (SAM) is a fantastic way to keep your HVAC equipment running efficiently and helps to avoid costly repairs. With a SAM, you will have the peace of mind that you are getting the most out of your HVAC equipment.

The benefits of our SAM program include:

Tune up on your equipment (once per season)—Proper maintenance by a qualified technician is one of the most important steps you can take to prevent future problems and ensure maximum efficiency.
Change or clean filters—A clean filter will prevent dust and dirt from building up in the system, which can lead to expensive repairs or early system failure.
Discount on repairs—Any necessary repair outside the preventative maintenance will be discounted by 15%. This discount applies to both the parts and the labor.
Emergency service at regular rates—You will be charged our regular service fee. Without the SAM membership, you would be charged at the after-hours rate.
