Is there a cost to get a quote on replacing a unit?

There is no cost for an estimate.


How can I schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate?

Just give us a call! Mark and Gregg will come give you an estimate within a week or so.


What brands do you carry?

We carry Payne and Carrier furnaces and air conditioning units. We also carry Mitsubishi ductless splits.


What is your process for when someone needs an estimate?

First, the Estimator comes out. Next, the Project Supervisor comes out to measure. Finally, the Install Crew comes out to install.


How do payments work?

We require 1/3 of the payment upfront unless you are utilizing financing (subject to credit approval). We can finance Carrier and Payne.


What is your warranty?

Our warranty covers 10 year parts on residential and 12 year parts on Mitsubishi ductless splits.


Do I have to pay extra if the tech is on-site after hours, but I have called in during business hours? 

No, you will be charged regular rates since you are calling during normal business hours.


Are you the same company as Sauer Brothers?

No, they are a different company.


I see there are multiple phone numbers, am I calling the right office? 

Yes, we have multiple numbers. When JA Sauer first started, there was a toll to call our office, even from as close as Wexford. We created multiple numbers so customers from all around the city would not be charged a toll to call us. We kept the same numbers when the tolls went away because our customers were used to them.


Do I have to stay home all day and wait for a tech? 

No, if you leave us your cell phone number, we will give you at least a half hour notice if requested before the technician arrives at your home.


What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 6 pm, Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.


Can I pay online or send a check electronically?

At this time, we are not able to accept payment electronically.


Is my unit under warranty?

Our office staff can verify if your unit is under warranty for most manufacturers.
