We perform a complete survey of your home and its unique construction features, including, but not limited to its size, its window sizes and types, and its insulation values. This comprehensive survey may lead us to suggest certain Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions that will enhance the comfort, efficiency and safety of your new system.

Analyzing the Heat Loss / Heat Gain

We determine the appropriate equipment sizes and types to properly heat and cool your home and ensure comfort and efficiency.

Analyzing the Operation Cost

We show you the potential payback you could get from various high efficiency equipment options.

Providing You with a Written Proposal

We provide you with a detailed, no-pressure proposal that summarizes and explains the various equipment options, IAQ solutions, and system and safety improvements that are available to you. Also included in the proposal are financing and payment options, warranties, maintenance plans, promotions, rebates, and, of course, Sauer Sweeteners.

Starting Your Project

Once we have guided you through this process and you have made your decision, a Project Manager is assigned to ensure that our experienced Installation Team completes your project and exceeds your expectations.

Providing You with Ongoing Internal Support

Our internal support team ensures that your warranty, maintenance plan, financing and any rebate forms are processed. They also alert you next season when it’s time for your annual maintenance.
